Singer/Muscian: Areyka (UhhReeKuhh) G. (Jan.13th)

From birth, music became the destiny of, Areyka (UhhReeKuhh). Given a microphone every Christmas Eve since age 3, to no surprise Christmas plays soon lead to singing in the church choir, talent shows and now YouTube.  By creating her own YouTube account, yes, opportunities will follow within time; however as of right now, Areyka would like to share with you her passion for music.  As each year passes, Areyka invokes more of the true meaning of being a musician.

From the influence of Gospel artists, Pastor Shirley Ceasar, Kim Burrell and R&B artists Lauren Hill and Alicia Keys.  She taught herself to play the piano by ear which then evolved to lyrics transforming into songs. Like nourishment to the soul, music for Areyka is her sanity, it is her escape to place pen onto paper and express how she feels about this life she was blessed to be in. With each day she looks forward to touching her faithful viewers and being given an opportunity to move forth with her passion, music.
